We Are Ready.

Cameron Quick, the founder, creator, and mind behind The Lending Project (TLP) and has spent the last decade trying to save schools millions of dollars on their facilities. He built and launched this platform based on feedback provided by school leaders and lenders from across the country. The Lending Project is constantly working to engage with and connect various lenders from across the country to public charter school borrowers looking to finance their next project or refinance their current facility. Currently, the lenders registered represent over $18 Billion in charter school loans made to over 3,000 schools across the country. Our platform allows us to uniquely match lenders and borrowers based on a proprietary algorithms where both parties are mutually successful. This eliminates redundancy and increases access to lenders and borrowers, while ensuring the borrower is aware of, and receiving, the best possible financing options.

First and foremost we take your privacy seriously! Any information submitted through the TLP will only be used to match borrowers and lenders. All borrower’s (schools) information submitted will be used to match to potential lenders. All borrowers (schools) retain the right to have their information distributed to lenders or to be used only to identify a lender without sharing or making submitted information public.

Data or any other information collected through the site may be aggregated and used to help philanthropic organizations or additional investors better understand the market and viability for specific market conditions. This data is used as a way to encourage additional investors and capital markets to enter into the space while protecting any information that could be used to identify a borrower.

In an effort to provide continuous and relevant support to the sector The Lending Project has and continues to work with The Charter School Facility Center.
